Welcome!
We are John and Shirley Minnear, and together with our daughter Olivia, we have been running our successful Time For You domestic cleaning business in the Oxfordshire area for 5 years now. We are based in Banbury, but we do cover many of the OX (Oxfordshire) postcodes, as well as the MK18 postcode area in Buckinghamshire.
Regular Domestic Cleaning
First of all we will arrange to come and meet with you to assess the amount and frequency of house cleaning required and to discuss your personal requirements. Charges for our regular home cleans are typically £13.00 per hour.
Our professional, friendly house cleaning service is bespoke to your needs and preferences, and we will do all we can to accommodate them.
You will get the same fully vetted, friendly, reliable domestic cleaner each week, on a day or days to suit you. You will be given the opportunity to meet your housekeeper before they start work for you in order to make sure you are comfortable with our selection from the outset.
All our home cleaners are interviewed in their own home, in order to make sure they can clean their own home properly (We would not ask them to clean our clients’ homes if they could not fulfil this criteria). Their references are thoroughly checked before introduction.
We will provide Public Liability and Accidental Damage insurance to cover up to £5million. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your domestic cleaner, we will do all we can to find a house cleaner who is right for you. Similarly, if your home cleaner terminates, we will find a replacement home cleaner for you as quickly as possible.
Your housekeeper will use cleaning products and equipment provided by you, which will ensure that your preferred products are used, will keep your costs low and will eliminate cross-contamination (ie when vacuum cleaners are transported from house to house).
One Off Home Cleaning
If you would like a one-off clean, we come and see you for a no-obligation initial consultation so that we can see exactly what work you would like us to do. We will then provide a quotation, and providing you are happy, we will arrange a time and date to come back and carry out the work.
Our one-off home cleaning is always carried out to an exceptionally high standard (indeed, our only complaint to date was from a gentleman for whom we did an end-of-tenancy clean. He was unhappy as we had left his house in an immaculate condition – much nicer than it was when he moved in!).
We are campaigning for clients to move away from the “mop and bucket” idea of cleaning; we have high standards and we guarantee the work that we do.
On completion of the work, we will always send you a receipt with a full breakdown of the work carried out

Time For You provided two types of cleaning services for my parents, who at the time were living in Charlbury, Oxfordshire:
1. They arranged a major "spring clean" in March 2009. This involved a comprehensive clean of all the rooms in the house.
2. From July 2009 until May 2010 (when my parents moved), they arranged for a local cleaner to work at my parents' house for two hours a week. Under the contract, Time For You identified a suitable cleaner. My parents paid the cleaner direct for the hours worked. A charge was made by Time For You.
We were completely satisified with both these services. The major "spring clean" was extremely thorough. The team did an excellent job and left everything in its place after the clean. The local cleaner also did a very good job during her weekly visits. She worked hard and was pleasant to deal with. She was reliable, energetic and thorough, and showed great consideration towards my parents.
Time For You maintained a professional and friendly style in their contact with us. It was a pleasure to deal with John and Shirley Minnear and Olivia Fenion. They attached importance to efficiency and getting the job done, and showed courtesy and consideration when dealing with their clients.
We were very happy with the service provided by Time For You. I would certainly turn to them again if we needed further help with cleaning in Oxfordshire.
