Weekly cleaning

Charged at an overall hourly rate of £16.95 per hour
(Subject to a minimum of 2 hours per visit)
Availability: Monday - Friday
 

Fortnightly cleaning

Charged at an overall hourly rate of £17.95 per hour
(Subject to a minimum of 3 hours per visit)
Availability: Monday - Wednesday 

Unfortunately, we DO NOT offer a one-off cleaning service!
Hourly rate in villages and rural areas is typically £1 more per hour

DO I NEED TO BE IN WHEN THE CLEANER IS WORKING?

This is a personal choice, your Domestic Cleaner will be happy to clean when you are present although most house cleaners are key holders for their clients, and clean when their clients are not in, the flexibility is there for you to have control. Every single house clean is also appropriately insured for peace of mind.

Question 2

I HAVE PETS, IS THIS A PROBLEM?

No, this is absolutely fine.  When we interview cleaners, we check if cleaners have any phobias, allergies or preferences around working with pets.  We will ensure that if you have pets we match you with a cleaner whom is comfortable to clean around your pets.

Question 3

WILL THE CLEANER PROVIDE THEIR OWN CLEANING PRODUCTS?

Your domestic house cleaner will use products provided by you. This gives you full control and means only products you are happy with are used in your house. You can rest assured that products will not have been used in any other homes and that there is no risk of cross-contamination from one home to another.
