Fergus and Anne Marie will work closely with you as your home benefits from the consistent service of a local vetted, reliable and affordable cleaner. We serve the greater Belfast, Newtownabbey, Templepatrick, Crumlin, Ballyclare, Carrickfergus, Larne and Glengormley areas.
We have been successfully introducing honest and reliable domestic cleaners to householders since 2006. The clients and cleaners who started with us in that first week are still with us. We interview every house cleaner in their own home and use the Time For You methodology to source people who provide a cleaning service that produces continual referrals.
Our Time For You service will give you:
- The choice of weekly or fortnightly cleans
- A reliable and accountable cleaner
- A cleaner who is keen to know, not only WHAT areas of your home require attention, but HOW you expect your home to be cleaned
- A selection process where only 1 in 10 prospective cleaners meet our vetting requirements
- A cleaner who has been interviewed in her own home after passing the initial selection phase
- A cleaner who has had her ID, address and references verified
- The opportunity for you to meet and approve your cleaner before she commences
- The same cleaner at each visit who knows your needs and expectations
- The flexibility of varying your priorities each week (ironing can also be included)
- The option of a vetted cover cleaner if your cleaner is on holiday or ill
- Ongoing support and courtesy calls and the assurance of being able to contact us so that you are happy with all aspects of the service
