Welcome to Time For You Hertfordshire, a small family business run by husband and wife Sam and Amy, offering a range of domestic cleaning services in and around St Albans, Harpenden, Welwyn Garden City, Welwyn, Hatfield, Hertford and Ware.

We understand that every client will have different needs so we offer a tailored cleaning service to help you keep your home clean exactly the way you like it, allowing more time for you!! Before commencing the cleaning we will always visit your home to help us understand your exact requirements so that we can match you with the perfect cleaner that will best fit your needs.

We cover all homes within postcodes AL1-AL10 and SG12-SG14.

How It Works

Step 1 - Home Visit: We conduct an initial consultation at your home to discuss your individual cleaning requirements. This allows us to make sure everything in your home is cleaned exactly how you would like.

Step 2 - Finding Your Perfect Cleaner: Following the home consultation we will then match you with the most suited cleaner for your home to clean on the same day and time that best suits you.

Step 3 - Ongoing Client Support: After your first clean we will check in with you to make sure you are happy and if there is any feedback we need to pass on to your cleaner. We are then always available if needed should there be any problems, you need to make any changes or if you require a cover cleaner should your regular cleaner ever be unable to clean due to sickness/holiday.

FAQ

Do I need to provide the cleaning products and equipment?

The cleaners will clean your home with your own products and equipment so that you are happy with what is being used in your home. This also helps to prevent any risk of cross contamination.

Are you insured?

Absolutely. We have public liability insurance in place for your peace of mind.

Do I have to be in when the cleaning is commencing?

No. Ideally you will be at home for the first clean to meet the cleaner and show them around. If this is not possible we will ask the cleaner to directly arrange a time that is convenient for you both to visit you beforehand and arrange access for going forward. All our cleaners are fully vetted should you need to provide them with a key.

Can the cleaning tasks be flexible?

Yes. Unless instructed by you otherwise, your cleaner will do the same general clean. However, the cleaning service is completely flexible - please feel free to request ironing, bed changing etc. You may use your cleaning time as you wish.

Do you clean homes if they have pets ?

Yes. We will ensure that your cleaner is comfortable with the type of pet(s) in your home.

What happens if my cleaner is sick or on holiday?

Your cleaner will give you and us advanced notice of any holidays and we will offer a cover cleaner when possible if you request one. If your cleaner is ever sick on the day of the clean then the same applies. However, with the latter we may not be able to arrange a cover clean for the same day - we may need flexibility on the day and time of the cover clean.
