HOW IT WORKS

Charlotte and Simon Tarr are a father and daughter team who understand the needs of our busy West London community. Whether you are a busy professional, parent or retiree, we know how much you care about your home and the homes of those closest to you.

In order to support all our residents needs, we have created a customer focused domestic cleaning programme that is efficient, sustainable and places your peace of mind at its very heart.

• We interview all cleaners and clients in their own homes to ensure the best match possible.
• We will book a home visit to discuss your specific cleaning needs, offer advice and support from the start and listen carefully to what you want.
• You will get the same regular domestic cleaner for every clean and can meet them, without obligation,  before they start to discuss your requirements.
• We offer a choice of weekly or fortnightly cleans to care for your home when it suits you.
• All of our domestic cleaners are vetted, referenced and police checked* 
• We also offer housekeeping, ironing, laundry and bed changing services. 
• Once you have your home cleaner in place, we will check that everything is meeting your expectations. If not then we will strive to fix it quickly.

PRICING

Weekly cleaning is charged from an overall hourly rate of £17.50 per hour
 

Fortnightly cleaning is charged from an overall hourly rate of £18.50 per hour
 

Unfortunately, we DO NOT offer a one-off cleaning service

It's not just inside the house that our cleaners have improved lately! Thanks to Jane, one of popular Hammersmith cleaners, we have this unusual tip. "I was asked to try and tackle an oil spill on a garage floor and drive way. I found it can be greatly improved  using Coca Cola. Pour the coke over the stained area and leave over night. The high acidity will do its thing and lift the oil stains away."
