What can you expect from our domestic cleaning services?

• Minimum 2 hours per week

• Typically £15.00 per hour
• Minimum 10 hours

Hayley Kenward runs the Time For You Worthing & Sussex franchise, a high quality cleaning service operating throughout Worthing, Lancing, Shoreham-By-Sea, Goring-By-Sea and all surrounding areas.  Hayley has a fantastic and loyal team of cleaners who all work to a very high standard.
 

Regular Domestic Cleaning

Hayley will arrange to come and meet with you to discuss your cleaning requirements and assess the amount of hours required to clean your home to the highest standards.  I can assure you, you will get a very professional, friendly and loyal service and we will do all we can to accommodate your cleaning requirements.

You will be allocated a friendly and reliable cleaner who will come into your home on the same day and time to suit you each week.  They have been fully vetted, providing two references and seen in their own home.  You will also get to meet your cleaner before they start work in order to make sure you are both comfortable with each other.  Your cleaning is fully insured and if for any reason you are not satisfied with your cleaner, we will do all we can to find another cleaner who is right for you. Similarly, if your cleaner decides to leave, we will of course find a replacement for you as quickly as possible, and if they go on holiday, we will offer you a stand-in cleaner.  Your cleaner will use cleaning products and equipment provided by you, which will ensure that your preferred products are used, and this will also keep your costs low and will eliminate cross-contamination (i.e. when vacuum cleaners are transported from house to house).
 

I will personally telephone you after your first and second clean to check that you are happy with your cleaner.  I will then report back to your cleaner with your feedback and I have no doubt that you will be VERY HAPPY with your lovely clean home!
 

One Off/Spring Cleans
 

If you would like a one-off, spring, builders or end/start of tenancy clean, I will come and see you so that we can see exactly what work you would like us to do. I will then provide a no obligation quote and providing you are happy, we will arrange a day and time for the clean.  I can assure you that all our one-off cleans are carried out to a very high standard and supervised by myself.  We only accept a minimum of 10 hours and can provide cleaning materials for these cleans with a one-off cost of £25.  If you would like more information and a no obligation quote, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
