We will find you a cleaner to suit your needs – whether you need weekly, fortnightly or a one-off clean. All of our cleaners are fully vetted and referenced and trustworthy and can act as key-holders if you wish. They will do all aspects of cleaning including changing beds, washing up and ironing.
With Time For You, you are paying for ‘time’ and within that time you can ask the cleaner to alter their duties on a week to week basis to suit you.
Who are we?
Time For You in the Bristol area was started in 2002 and is owned and managed by Graham Rogers. With the help of his wife Catherine, their Office Manager Jayne Hardy and their administration assistant Lucy Hawkins, Graham aims to offer you a friendly management service finding cleaners to suit your requirements.
How do we find suitable cleaners?
We are inundated with people calling to be cleaners for our clients. Home cleaning requires a professional touch and all of the cleaners that we introduce to you have been through our detailed recruitment process to ensure suitability.
Ultimately we need to feel comfortable that any cleaner we recommend to you is trustworthy, reliable and competent at the cleaning your home.
How do I get a cleaner?
Please call us on 01275 370573 and speak to us. We will have an informal chat with you to discuss your exact cleaning. Once you are happy that we can provide you with the cleaning service that you need we will make an appointment to come out and visit you in your home to sign you up for our cleaning service.
What happens next?
Once we have a signed Business Agreement we will match you with one of our database of recommended cleaners. We will call you with the name of that cleaner and then the cleaner will call you to arrange a time to come and meet you and start cleaning your home for you.
What if I do not like the cleaner?
Call us! We are happy to recommend another cleaner to you at any time, no questions asked. We are aware that we are all different and there will be personality or working styles clashes. This is not a problem and we always have cleaners with availability so that a changeover can be done swiftly.
What about when my cleaner is sick?
If you cleaner calls you because they are not well and they cannot arrange another time to come and clean for you that suits you, then call us and we will provide a cover cleaner for you. We aim to get someone out to you within 48 hours, we will try our hardest to get someone earlier if we can but we will ensure that it will be at a time to suit you.
What about when my cleaner goes on holiday?
We provide a cover clean service for those times when your cleaner is on holiday – just let us know when your cleaner is going to be away and we will aim to provide a cleaner on your usual day and usual time.
So what about insurance?
Time For You provide a damage liability insurance just in case your cleaner accidentally damages anything. In all cases of accidents, we ask that you call us immediately so that we resolve any matters quickly for you.
So how much does it cost?
Our regular weekly cleaning rate starts at only £12.00 per hour inclusive. Rates for fortnightly/monthly cleaning and One-off or End of Tenancy Cleans vary – please call for details on 01275 370573.
