Our typical hourly rate for a weekly house clean is £15  per hour (minimum of 2 hours per clean).
Our typical hourly rate for a fortnightly house clean is £15 per hour (minimum of 3 hours per clean).

• We don't currently offer one-off cleans, or end of tenancy cleans •

We vet all our cleaners in their own homes and check references. We also ask them to clean our home first to see their capabilities.

Can I meet my cleaner before they start?
Yes, the cleaner will come along to meet you prior to the cleaning commencing.

Will I have the same cleaner each week?
Yes, unless they are unwell or on vacation then a cover cleaner will be allocated.

Do I need to be in when the cleaner is working?
Not necessarily if you prefer not to you can give them a key.

When do the house cleans happen?
Whenever you request.​​​​​​​

Do the cleaners bring their own cleaning equipment and cleaning products?
No, you will provide the products and equipment​​​​​​​.

I have pets, is this a problem?
Not at all, we would team you up with a pet-friendly cleaner.

What happens if I’m not happy with the quality of the work?
We will speak to the cleaner to see if we can resolve the problem, if not then allocate another cleaner.

Are my cleans insured against accidental damage?
Yes, we are insured for breakages and damages. There is an excess of £100.
