Domestic cleaning - Hemel Hempstead -Amersham - Berkhamsted -Tring - Chesham

Carol has been a good help in our home for the last few months, initially she just cleaned but has since taken on extra domestic duties icluding our ironing. We have passed on the details of your cleaning agency to our neighbour as we have faith that you can help them as well as you have helped us.

I wanted to let you know I have been very pleased with our cleaner Grace. It is comforting to know she will be in once a week to do all the house cleaning and washing floors, etc. I will certainly recommend your cleaning service if someone needs help with their housework. It always amazes me that some people are concerned about having home help but it was the best thing I did to get in touch with you.

I would like to let you know how happy I am with our cleaner, Denise. It is a pleasure to come home to a clean and tidy home. When the house does not require a lot of cleaning she takes it upon herself to do some ironing and other bits around the home. She’s been a great home help and I wanted to take the time to let you know how pleased we are with the cleaning service.

Originally we only required a cleaner for 3 months to help us during our house rennovation but as we have benefitted so much from Sarah's cleaning we have decided to continue with your cleaning service. 

Very quick responses to initial and follow-up calls, convenient time for home visit and clear explanations of service. Our cleaner is very reliable, punctual and willing to do whatever is asked of her.

I am writing to let you know that I will be working abroad for about a year and so will need to suspend my cleaning for this time. When I initially enquired about your cleaning service I was expecting some dusting, polishing and vacuuming. However, I am delighted that I have been able to ask my cleaner to clean my windows, change my beds and, my biggest hate, my ironing!

Please pass on my thanks to Amanda for taking on the job of cleaning our bathrooms and kitchens. Other cleaning companies wouldn’t take on this job as it didn’t involve our whole home and their prices were too high.

When the cleaning lady arrived this morning she discovered a leak in the kitchen and called us immediately. We arranged for a plumber to come and fix it and she kindly waited until the problem was sorted and even cleaned the mess in the kitchen.  Top marks and appreciation to your cleaning company and of course, the thoughtful cleaner.
