Your cleaner, who is carefully vetted by ourselves, will be the same every time and they will be insured against accidental damage, giving you complete peace of mind.

We offer both Weekly House Cleaning and Fortnightly House Cleaning at a time that is convenient for you.

We will personally visit you in your home to get to know you and understand your house cleaning requirements. This allows us to personalise the service to your specific needs and we will arrange a suitable time for you to meet your carefully selected domestic cleaner.

Pricing and Opening Hours

We are open Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm.

Our typical hourly rate for a weekly house clean is £16.95 per hour (minimum of 2 hours per clean).

Our typical hourly rate for a fortnightly house clean is £17.95 per hour (minimum of 3 hours per clean).

We are unable to offer a one-off or monthly cleaning service at present.

You can currently benefit from our offer (while available) of £10.00 off your first clean, and we will also guarantee not to increase our fees during your agreement with us.

How do you know if your domestic cleaner is trustworthy and an excellent house cleaner?

Every single one of the self-employed cleaners is interviewed in their own home and police checked. This way we can see for ourselves the cleanliness of their own home. It also gives us an idea of their background and individual circumstances. We conduct an in-depth interview and assess whether the cleaner will pass our stringent 'would we let this person clean our own home' test. At this stage we would also conduct all relevant ID checks.

Can I meet my cleaner before they start?
This can be arranged between the cleaner and yourself if convenient for all

Will I have the same cleaner each week?
Absolutely! There may be occasions where the cleaner is sick, at which point we can arrange for another cleaner to cover their clean.

Do I need to be in when the cleaner is working?
No, you will be able to decide whether or not you’d like to give them a key.

When do the house cleans happen?
The house cleans can happen on a regular basis at a time and day that suits you. Just let me know when you submit the booking request and I can confirm whether they have the availability. There are some days which are more popular than others.

Do the cleaners bring their own cleaning equipment and cleaning products?
We ask for all the products and equipment to be supplied by you, as you know what’s safe to use in the home and to prevent any potential cross contamination.

I have pets, is this a problem?
No, we will match the right cleaner to you to ensure they are also comfortable around pets.

What happens if I’m not happy with the quality of the work?
In the first instance, this should be raised directly with the cleaner. However, if the the situation does not improve, I will be happy to help and rectify the problem.

Are my cleans insured against accidental damage?
All our businesses are insured for up to a minimum of £2 million pounds. Please note, in order to keep our charges at a very competitive rate, there is an excess of £100 on all claims for which you would be responsible for. The insurance cover is offered in the event of any major incidents of damage.
